This position provides the development / implementation of new solutions using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and integration with other enterprise applications. The individual will be responsible for developing collaborative and workflow solutions using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and related .NET Technologies while also assisting with support for assigned CRM, Marketing, Financial and other departmental systems.

The MOSS developer is responsible for the preparation and implementation of functional specifications, design documentation, program code, software selection, software configuration, contingency plans, test scenarios, project tasks, test plan review and User documentation review. The MOSS developer is also called upon to assist in the installation, upgrading and re-configuring of application software as assigned. Develops and maintains documentation for applications supporting user departments

LOCATION

This person will work in a virtual Office Environment for on-going remote support of client systems and may work on-site as the need arises.

EDUCATION

·         Current MCP/MCSD/MCAD or equivalent

·         Candidates should have an education and/or background in Computer Science or Information Technology.  

REQUIREMENTS

·         Candidate requires 4-5 years developing enterprise applications and web solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.

·         Strong Experience using Visual Studio.NET/SharePoint Designer, including the design and implementation of custom web parts and other programs that leverage the SharePoint object model.

·         Candidate requires strong competency in Visual Studio Tools for Office, Windows Workflow Foundation, Forms Server and Excel Services.

·         Should have strong experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET 2.0 and database design.

·         Experience supporting various enterprise level applications.

·         3 or more years XML experience.

·         4 or more years experience with web design.

·         Familiarity with MS Office, SQL Reporting Services and/or Crystal Reports.

·         Good organizational, interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
