This is a fast moving job where you will be working on all the latest technology from Microsoft. Typical projects you will be working on include designing, deploying and maintaining;
· Windows 2003/2000 Support
· Exchange 2007 systems including Unified Messaging
· Office Communication Server 2007 with full voice and video integration
· Advanced SharePoint 2007 deployments
· Customer Relations Manager
Work closely with our customers to assess their needs and design appropriate solutions. You will be part of a high level team responsible for meeting our customers' planning, design, implementation, configuration, installation and management needs.
Network design: Produce network solutions and designs based on Microsoft technology
Presentations: Be able to present product and technology information to all levels within an organization (both pre- and post-sales) as well as at seminars and trade shows.
Troubleshooting: Work closely with customers to resolve networking problems across a wide range of technologies.
Documentation: Ensure high quality technical documents are produced quickly and accurately.
Relationship management: Undertake on-going communications with customers to ensure Exiis Corporations involvement in future projects and to update customers on new products and services.

LOCATION
This person will work in a virtual Office Environment for on-going remote support of client systems and may work on-site as the need arises.

EDUCATION
· Microsoft MCSE 2003 certification. Please quote your MCSE number on your resume
· Additional Microsoft Certifications that indicate a core specialty should be included
· Desired, but not required, a BS in Computer Science
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven client satisfaction experience
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· You will need to be very experienced with all major Microsoft Products - Windows 2003, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2003, SharePoint, SMS, SQL, MOM etc.
· You should be expert level on AD and Exchange (VERY IMPORTANT)
· Five years experience working with high-availability networks
· Strong understanding of networks at the protocol level
· Candidates must have experience with structured change management practices
· Firewall/security experience
· Ability to perform needs assessment and handle technical objections
Desired Skills
· A Cisco certification would be desirable
· Familiar with Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocols for remote support to client’s desktop
· Availability to respond to off-hour technical crises
