Microsoft CRM Administrator and Consultant 
 
OVERVIEW

Exiis Corporation is seeking outgoing individuals to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator and Consultant for clients located throughout the United States. You will work with businesses primarily located within your geographic location helping to implement and support their CRM software solution. On occasion, you may be required to travel to other locations in the United States as necessary when the need arises.

LOCATION

This person will work in a virtual Office Environment for on-going remote support of client systems and may work on-site as needed.

Director of Operations

EDUCATION

·         Current Microsoft certification(s) (MCSE/MCDB/MCSD/MCAD) preferred

·         BA in Business Administration or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS

·         5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM

·         5+ years of Microsoft SQL database and reporting serives

·         Strong interpersonal skills with customer service focus

·         Strong technical and problem-solving skills

·         Evaluate clients' business processes and requirements as they relate to sales and customer service functions, then determine and document ways to improve them using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

·         Configure the application to match clients' needs

·         Train users

·         Create reports using MS SQL Reporting Services (SRS)

·         Design and test custom software modifications to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

·         Solve technical software issues 

·         Participate in multiple implementation projects simultaneously (a lot of variety and challenge)

·         Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems

·         Assist technical team in mapping integration processes with Microsoft Dynamics GP

Desired Skills

·         Experience implementing other CRM solutions such as SalesLogix, Onyx, Siebel Salesforce and Goldmine a plus.

·         SharePoint technical experience

·         SQL Integration Services and/or BizTalk Server development experience

·         SQL Reporting Services report development

·         SQL Analytical Services development

·         Custom application requirements definition and design

·         Experience with company Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service processes
