While the “core” team at Exiis Corporation consists primarily of full-time employees, it becomes necessary from time-to-time to contract with individual consultants who may possess additional skills that are not available internally. On other occasions, there are times when our internal resources are over-loaded and the need for an additional set of hands presents itself.
When advanced supplemental knowledge and expertise is required, Exiis Corporation will “sub-contract” the additional work to other partners who has proven themselves as “subject matter experts” in that particular field. Whether the need for the contracted person is to supplement an area of technology or to assist our internal team, the process of becoming a contracted team member is exactly the same as being picked for a full-time position. Exiis Corporation makes no exceptions to certifications, experience, and demonstrated competency in the product the contractor supports. In fact, many of our core team members started out as supplemental support professionals.

· You have the full support of Exiis Corporation in instances where you become ill, are attending seminars, or simply on vacation—knowing your clients will not be left in the dark when it comes to support issues. This is extremely beneficial to our outside partners who sometimes run into scheduling problems or excessive work over-flow—knowing they can contact Exiis Corporation to pick up the slack allows them to manage their independent client support issues.
· Partner Team members whose relationship is based on a sub-contractor model receive the additional freedom of completing their work assignments at their own pace, naming their own hours, and managing their clients at a more personal level.
· As a 1099 sub-contractor, you receive all payments in full, allowing you to make your own adjustments for personal income taxes, insurance requirements, and expenses. With these relationships, we suggest you obtain a flat-rate phone service, high-speed DSL Internet connectivity, and a SOHO where it is quiet and you can concentrate solely on the client support issue.

Extended Team Qualifications
Clients at Exiis Corporation have come to trust and rely on our organization to deliver high-quality IT support for their organizations. Extended Partner Team members go through the same rigorous process as core team members, some of these processes include:
· A proven track record of providing consistent, quality, professional support in the area of specialization you have chosen to provide.
· At least 5 years of consistent IT consulting and support experience that is documented and verified by our Human Resources department.
· Independent, private-practice consulting firms must demonstrate an active client base of which they are providing ongoing support services.
· Current certifications and vendor-related professional certifications are verified to be accurate and true.
· Excellent written and verbal communication processes will be tested to ensure you are able to meet our high demands for quality assurance.
· A high-level technical interview is conducted to weed out “paper” certifications and to gain a complete knowledge of your ability to support the client.
