The system was recently rebuilt and redesigned from the ground up utilizing advanced technology improvements based on Microsoft’s “Unified Messaging” and “Information Workflow” platforms. The infrastructure supports “real-time awareness”, “instant messaging” technologies, and complex “integrated” workflow rules, ensuring constant communication options between team members.

 

From virtually any location with an Internet connection, team members can access and retrieve information located on their Microsoft Exchange Server. Team members can access additional servers such as Microsoft Customer Relations Manager, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Microsoft Project Server, and a host of other applications that support our client-centric support environment. When necessary, dedicated “Virtual Server” images of all Microsoft Operating Systems are available through “Terminal Services” which allow support engineers to create “Virtual Networks”, test “Virtual Settings”, and validate server changes and their effect on services before ever making a change on the client network.

Every step has been taken to ensure access to company and client information is safe and secure while also making it highly available by support professionals. The “Virtual Office” environment allows for support professionals to safely share information between each other and to have clients access complete, historical project history of all cases requested. Our in-depth documentation process, together with complete reporting of work performed and actions taken, allow for any of our engineers to access information when they are providing additional support to our clients and when their lead technician is unavailable.
