Exiis Corporation full-time and contracted partners receive compensation for their efforts though revenue generated compensation model. Full-time Team Partners receive benefits such as medical and health, disability and life, a 401k plan and profit sharing. Part-time contracted partners receive a slightly higher pay without standard company benefits and the need to be tied to any set schedule.

At Exiis Corporation, we believe a partner whose lifestyle is enjoyable, relaxed, and free from complications will perform better, deliver higher client satisfaction metrics, and will strive to improve their technological skills. Both full-time and contracted partners are encouraged to discuss the amount of work they wish to receive from Exiis Corporation—part-time, full-time, or anything in-between. The only thing we ask in return is that you are available when you say you are—it’s important we can rely on your availability when we need it the most.

Your income potential is totally up to you. Based on your availability, company reviews, and billable hours, it is possible to enjoy the lifestyle you’ve always wanted to achieve. Since our compensation package is tied to revenue generated, billable hours, the more you work the more compensation you will receive. Many of our “core” Team Partners are previous business owners who left private practice to concentrate on what they enjoy the most—quality IT support. When partnering with Exiis Corporation, these team members decided that sales, marketing, collections, and support was actually costing them money, oftentimes spending too much time on business operations and not enough time on revenue producing activities. Today, they make significantly more income without the associate hassles of day-to-day business management.
