The Microsoft teams at Exiis Corporation are a comprised of team members who specialize in a Microsoft product or technology.  At the current time, we have the following teams assembled to assist our clients: m
·         Dynamics Client Relations Manager (MSCRM)
·         Microsoft Dynamics Accounting
·         Microsoft Exchange
·         Microsoft ForeFront
·         Microsoft Lync
·         Microsoft SharePoint
·         Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS)
·         Microsoft SQL

Why So Many Teams?

Information Technology is complex and requires a multitude of disciplines for it to be delivered effortlessly and seamlessly to the end-user community. In the late 1980’s through the end of the 1990’s, the simple process of networking computers and sharing applications was all an IT professional needed to make a living. As times changed, technologies developed, complex applications were built, and web-based “cloud” services came along; requiring Information Technology firms to become well-versed in many complex disciplines. Information Technology has moved beyond the simple demand of connecting PCs to a network environment.

Exiis Corporation’s distinguishing difference is our team membership environment. When you contact a competitor, the chances are extremely high you will talk to someone whose assigned to a general Windows support Help Desk team, meaning, they have a vast knowledge and understanding of core Windows services and a basic knowledge of related Windows applications. In other words, if you call for SharePoint support, you’ll likely receive the same engineer you would if you had called for Microsoft Dynamics Accounting or Microsoft Exchange; these applications are 100% unique from one another, yet the same engineer answers the call.

At Exiis Corporation, when a support call is initiated, it is assigned to a specialty team, led by a Microsoft Certified Professional specializing in the product you need assistance. This provides immediate value to our clients who are seeking a “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) verses a general Windows administrator... (More)

 Cloud and Hosting Solutions

Exiis Corporation offers many packages for Cloud-based computing, including…

·         Microsoft CRM
·         Microsoft Exchange
·         Microsoft Lync
·         Microsoft Project
·         Microsoft SharePoint
·         .NET Hosted Web Sites
·         And more…

Exiis Corporation was one of the first to offer Hosted Exchange Services back in 1999 when Microsoft Exchange 2000 first hit the market. We were on of the first to offer Windows SharePoint Services Hosting back in 2000 when SharePoint Portal was introduced. To say we have experience in providing time-proven, hosted (now called Cloud) solutions is an understatement—we have been providing these services longer than anyone else we can find on the Internet—if you find someone else, do let us know!

Keeping it Simple - Design Your Own Plan

It’s so easy, it’s complicated! Pick a service, for example: Microsoft Exchange. That’s $5.00/mo. per subscriber, with 25GB storage space each. Add SharePoint, add $5.00/mo. per user subscriber, with 25 GB storage. If you are a Small Business with 5 users and you want Exchange and SharePoint, that’s $25.00/mo. and 250GB storage space; simple.

Bring Your Own Device!

Bring Your Own Device! Whatever your favorite operating system or Office solution might be, our hosting solutions will work seamlessly with your devices, offering you the freedom to choose from Windows, Macintosh, Android, or Linux based systems.

Real-Time Cloud Experience

Exiis Corporation runs its business critical applications over the Internet, and we began doing so from the first day we launched our web site. We know the security risks, we understand privacy concerns, we relate to needing systems that provide high availability and reliability.  (More)

 Manage Your Business!

Manage your Business
Not your Network!

Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Plaform as a Service is rapidly becoming the solution of choice for many business entities. Platform as a Service builds on top of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (Iaas) by providing a complete, server-based infrastructure solution based on one or more platforms, suc as Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, Linux, or a any mix in between.

Platform as a Service makes sense for mid to enterprise companies looking to maximize their investment in Information Technology. The service consists of physical and virtual servers, cloud-based applications, specialty applications, virtual desktops, and more. PaaS has several advantages for developers who have to change platforms frequently or who want to test market new ideas quickly. Geographically disbursed development teams, satellite offices, and even corporate offices work seamlessly together—oftentimes exceeding performance of the company-owned network environment.

Built on top of a strong infrastructure design, platform services are managed by top administrators and developers in their field—there’s no reason for the company to search for outside talent when it’s available from their PaaS provider. PaaS allows companies to expand and grow organically as a cohesive unit as opposed to the many disjoined home-grown networks where best practices, policies, and procedures are minimal or non-existent.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Today’s modern business leverages Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) to meet their growing IT demands. The days of servers in closets, under desks, in the pantry, or in the janitor’s closet are long gone.

Infrastructure design and support services have moved to the Cloud!

IaaS provides business owners with the professional hardware and equipment necessary to run their business, which is monitored and managed by a professional Information Technology team. The hardware, routers, and servers are centrally located within a network data center, free from dust, security threats, and service interruptions.
